Four roll plate bending machine
with integrated swing yoke that allows end crimping
directly in the bending machine.
When forming pipe from plate, un-bent ends must be post formed to
create a fully rounded cross section. The Graebener Post Bending
Press is compact, efficient and effectively forms a pipe from end to end.
Root tracking press closes a
pre formed shell and applies a continuous root weld
along the full length of the pipe.
Calibration & straightening press
applies radial compressive forces to achieve final
diameter and remove weld induced distortion.
End beveling machine simultaniously faces and bevels both pipe ends.
Equipped with following tools, the bevelers eliminate the negative effects of ovality.
Plate edge milling & beveling system for squaring
plates and preparing plate edges for subsequent welding process.
Taylor Welded Plate Lines are used extensively in the ship building
industry to edge prepare and laser weld large patch work plates with
varying thicknesses. By utilizing variable thickness plate
assemblies, our customers achieve dramatic reductions in weight
and cost.

large plates where the rolled edges need to be removed.
