REIKA tube and bar straighteners are available in two roll
and multi roll arrangements for both cold and hot
straightening operations. They feature independent roll drives
for complete process control, optimized roll life, and end to end straightening.

REITEC whirling machines manufacture threads and other similar profiles for hardened and mild material alternatives.
REITEC shaft (tube or round bar) endworking machines. Processes such as facing/chamfering, expanding, reducing, calibrating, stenciling/marking, threading, solid drilling, contour machining, and centering can be serialized and integrated into an automated line.

Graebener-Reika Inc and Graebener Maschinentechnik combine

and sheet hydroforming. Our facilities include installed capacities
to 10,000 MTons. Our hydroform press product range extends to
16,000 MTons. We offer standard format four post presses dedicated
product presses.
The Powerboxx® has a clamping force of 65.000 kN and can form
ultra thin metallic separator plates up to a total surface of
400 cm² (with various materials such as for ex. Mat. 1.4301 or even titanium).
The ultra thin plates are an achievement for the fuel cell industry, improving
energy density, thermal efficiency, and packaging.
Graebener Maschinentechnik offers an array of large format, high
tonnage hydraulic presses for tube hydroforming, sheet hydroforming,
tee forming, hot stamping / press hardening, warm forming and press quenching.
State of the art hydraulic and control systems ensure peak performance,
operational efficiency, and durability.
High speed forming of 12.5m long large dia. line pipe with step forming process for maximum

When forming pipe from plate, un-bent ends must be post formed to
create a fully rounded cross section. The Graebener Post Bending
Press is compact, efficient and effectively forms a pipe from end to end.
Root tracking press closes a
pre formed shell and applies a continuous root weld
along the full length of the pipe.
Calibration & straightening press
applies radial compressive forces to achieve final
diameter and remove weld induced distortion.
End beveling machine simultaniously faces and bevels both pipe ends.
Equipped with following tools, the bevelers eliminate the negative effects of ovality.
A hydrotester utilizes high pressure
water to leak test welded pipes.
Plate edge milling & beveling system for squaring
plates and preparing plate edges for subsequent welding process.
Taylor Welded Plate Lines are used extensively in the ship building
industry to edge prepare and laser weld large patch work plates with
varying thicknesses. By utilizing variable thickness plate
assemblies, our customers achieve dramatic reductions in weight
and cost.
Plate edge profile milling is applied to
large plates where the rolled edges need to be removed.
The work piece is moved, and the milling head does not
translate.
Circ Seam Milling machines replace traditional weld seam preparation
processes with a high quality milling process that minimizes welding
