The Graebener pipe forming presses are used for offshore pipes, jackets, and special pipes with increased yield points and large wall thickness / pipe diameter ratio since these technical requirements exceed the physical limits of a traditional roll bending machine. The results are pipes with higher stability which also leads to cost reductions since less material is needed.
The Graebener pipe forming presses form large-format plates to pipes with a diameter of 16 to 64 inches, a length of up to 60 feet (18.3 meters), and a wall thickness of up to 74mm. What's more, all of the above pipe dimensions can be formed without having to change the tool.
